Napoleon Obama and the 2012 Election

“Gentlemen,” concluded Napoleon, “I will give you the same toast as before, but in a different form. Fill your glasses to the brim. Gentlemen, here is my toast: To the prosperity of The Manor Farm! “

(George Orwell, Animal Farm (Hopes and Dreams) Chapter 10. Paragraph 32)

    1. Sure Mary. The dilapidated barn pictured above shows one side painted with the new 2012 Obama presidential slogan, “Forward”. Above the door on the front of the barn is the old 2008 obama slogan “Campaign For Change”, or simply “Change”. Thus it appears this barn has been used to promote both presidential elections. George Orwell’s book ‘Animal Farm’ picked apart the Russian Revolution (Joe Stalin) by relating Socialist Communism to the take over of a farm, the characters in the book were all animals who overthrew a human(s). Obama’s current presidential slogan, “FORWARD” has a long history of being used by socialist/Communists. And Obama’s own socialists roots and upbringing are well documented and policies reflect that… This picture/post is meant to ridicule the notion that Socialism is a viable political movement, and recall that the hope and change (2008)president and his economic blunders resemble the same inevitability that occurred near the end of Animal Farm novel: reversion to a state of corrupt leadership, and the barn pictured here reflects by its dilapidated state the failed policies of Obama’s first term in office.
