A Theology on Sweetness: Pinatas and Bats

Contemplating My 1st Birthday

by B.H. Ponder

Grandpa-pa prays with me and warns about the spirit of sugar…

But, despite the warning, objects of joy levitate before me…

Seeking knowledge of the flying things, I go in search of the one called Ant…

She who breathes things into flight told me many secret stories. Saying, “your Papa is like a pinata, so is Grandpa-pa.” “This is why,” She said, “Grandpa-pa’s hair is white like sugar.” If you beat them long and hard enough, like sin, they break open and sweetness falls to the ground… But, first, you must have a bat to swing with…These are called intercessors–Mama and Grandma-ma. Trust me, I know about pinatas and bats…”

And so I followed the wisdom of Ant, and found Mama. “Is it true Mama”, I said, “Papa and Grandpa-pa are like pinata’s, and you and Grandma-ma are the bats?”

She just smiled knowingly, and before I knew it Mama, Grandma-ma and I were all together.

I was the center of attraction. Everyone wanted to hold me… And Papa seemed weakened in the knees.

But to my amazement Papa grabbed me and said, “All this is yours today, whatever you want!”

After this I felt great power come over me. “You there” I commanded. “Bring on the entertainment!!!”

A court jester appeared…

Toys and games arrived…

But I soon grew tired, and wondered, “why sweetness had not fallen to the ground?”

And then I had what they told me later was a vision. She who breathes things into flight appeared to me walking out from underneath some trees, saying, “Ahh, don’t worry, your nearly home now!” “However, if you want, you could try looking a little cuter, that might speed things along for all of us…”

Soon after the Ant vision left me, sweetness fell to the ground upon me. I felt something like the warmth of a fire from the lips of an angel nearby…

I was One with the 1.

Now, what ‘She who breathes things into flight’ failed to warn me about was something called sweetual gluttony. And I seemingly lost control…

I could not contain myself…

Deeper and deeper I drifted into my first sweetness…

Another thing Ant forgot to warn me about was sweetual pride. I was now sweetness Himself. I Alone had the power to beqeath sweetness… “You there… “Over there…” “Be Sweet.”

It was then I realized for the first time that this was not the fullness of sweetness. I needed pure sweet milk. I was full, but not satisfied. I ordered all my followers to search the ends of the earth for pure milk. But all they brought me was inferior… And what they brought I could not get enough of.

Suddenly, I realized that I was not sweetness Himself at all. In fact, I had fallen for a  false sweetness. Sweetness was not sweetness to me any longer, sweetness had turned to gall. Grandpa-pa had warned me. I was in terrible straights…

The only thing the Ant was right about was the intercessors. It was these all along who held the key to sweetual happiness. They brought me pure milk…

I returned to earth…

The Beginning…

    1. Hi Amy–

Thanks. I don’t know if you’ve talked with Dea lately, but sounds as if plans are already for a Santa Cruz trip this summer: When the bat swings – the pinata moves. It’s only a matter of time until direction is determined…

My love to the girls, Michael and yourself…

    1. Oh Craig Mac–
Aka–Man who sneezes things into tissue–

Glad it helped the day along.

Need prayers of protection here for Sara. Specifically, to defend against evil spirits. She is detoxing from Heroin and Methadone at present. Physically getting through, but drug addiction opens one to bad spirits. And the last few days have been frightening according to reports.

Please invoke the intercession of Michael The Archangel for defeat and protection of such…

Love to you and yours – Onward toward the Cross and Victory

      james mary
