Breaking: Pope Benedict falls on vacation, breaks wrist, hospitalized.

Fox news is reporting that Pope Benedict XVI has been hospitalized following a fall on Friday while on vacation in the Alps.

Vatican spokesman Rev. Federico Lombardi says Benedict “slipped and got hurt” but that “it doesn’t seem to be serious.”

Catholic News Service reports Pope has “a slight fracture in right wrist” after falling in his room early this morning, Vatican statement says.
